Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

We will only accept returns on items that were damaged during shipping and returns that are the result of errors on our part.  To preserve the quality and consistency of our products, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can only ship to addresses in the United States at this time. During the holiday season, orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days of purchase. Customers hold the responsibility of entering accurate shipping addresses.
